This tutorial was written by me on January 19, 2012. Any tutorial similar is pure coincedence. Please do not claim this as your own and do not post in another group with out my knowledge.

This is for people with some knowledge of PSP, I used pspx3 but any version will work

Let's get started

Open new image 600x600 from the kit open paper 11, resize 75% copy n paste as a new layer. Load your mask of choice, merge group. With your tube of choice place to the right of your mask, add a drop shadow of choice. Now add element hvd, resize 40%, place on your mask layer behind your tube. You can use my tag for reference. To make it stand out, I used eyecandy 4000, gradient glow, and then a drop shadow of choice. Now add your name, the proper copyright information and your done!
