This tutorial was written by me on January 31, 2012. Any tut similar is pure coincedence. Please do not claim as your own. This is for people with some knowledge of psp, I used pspx3 but any version will work.

Supplies needed:

Let's get started

Open new image 600x600. from the kit get your double heart frame, resize 70%, copy n paste as a new layer. Now use your magic wand and click in the heard, fill with a color or paper of choice from your kit. Get a paper of choice, resize 75%, copy n paste as a new layer. Load your mask of choice,  merge group.

Now open your tube, resize as needed. Place in the middle of your heart frame, add a drop shadow of choice. Add the bear in each frame, add a drop shadow of choice. Now using elements to decorate your tag as desired, you can use my tag as a reference if needed. With that done, make sure you have your proper copyright information, your name and your done!
