This tut was written for people with some knowledge of psp, I used pspx3 but any version will work.

Supplies needed:

Kit used is from Mystical Illusions Called Blue Christmas with out You, it can be purchased HERE

Tube from Barbara Jensen you can purchase HERE

Let's get started!

From the kit, choose a paper with a winter type background, resize, copy n paste as a new layer. Open your tube and resize if needed place on the left of your tag.  Now choose a frame from the kit, I chose the long one, resize and place as a new layer. With your deform/pick tool, rotate the frame to where it fits over the background and your tube. Remove any excess that you may have of your background. Add some element's of choice, you can use my tag for reference. Now add you proper copyright information, your name and your done!
