This tutorial was written by me on January 24, 2012. Any tutorial similar is pure coincedence. Please do not claim as your own. I used pspx3 but any version will work. This is for people with some knowledge of PSP
Supplies needed
Kit used is from Eclipse Creations called Love is the air and is available at PSP Project HERE
Mask of choice
Font of choice
Let's get started
Open new image 600x600, we will crop later. From the kit pick a paper of choice, resize 75%, copy n paste. Add your mask of choice, merge group. Now get a frame of choice, resize 90%, add as a new layer to your working canvas. Open another paper of choice, with your rectangle tool make a square around your frame, this will be your background for your frame layer. Move this below your frame layer, remove any excess that is showing. Find the little fairies and bear in the kit, resize and place each one in one of your square's of your frame. Now add some more elements of choice, when your done, crop so the tag will be bigger. Make sure you add your name, the proper copyright information and your done!
Thanks for trying my tut
