This tutorial was written by me on January 14, 2012.  Any tutorial similar is pure coincedence. Please do not claim as your own, or publish in another group with out my knowledge.

This tut is for people with some knowledge of PSP, I used pspx3 but any version will work.

Supplies Needed:

Kit used is from Wicked Princess Scraps called Devonika and you can get it HERE

Tube used is from the Amazing work of IRac,  you can purchase this tube HERE

Lets get started

Open new image 600x600. From the kit get the frame, resize and paste as a new layer.

Open your tube, resize if needed, place on the right of your frame, remove any excess of the tube that might show at the bottom. Now with some elements of choice place were desired, you can use my tag for reference. Don't forget to add your proper copyright information, your name and your done!
