This is for people with some knowledge of PSP, I use PSPX3 but any program will work

Supplies Needed:

Tube by Zlata called EmoStyle can be purchased HERE

Kit used by Alikas Scraps Called Smexy EMOstyle you can purchase HERE

Mask of choice

Font of choice

Let's get started

Open new image 600x600, from the kit get paper 7 resize 75% copy n paste as a new layer, load your mask, merge group. With element 75, resize 85% copy n paste as a new layer. Using element's 12 & 13 place on your working canvas, dupicate each element once and cover the mask from one side to the to other. Open element 24 resize, copy n paste as a new layer. Now choose a paper of choice, I used paper 11, use this as your background in the frame element. With the close up of your tube place this in your frame, remove any excess that is showing. Now with the full body tube, place to the left of your tag, resize if needed. Now with element's of your choosing place around the bottom of your tube and place the "parental advisory" element close to the middle of the tag. Once you have all of your elements in place, add your proper copyright information, your name and your done!
